POCKETresponse
POCKETresponse allows consumers to request a POCKETvoucher by texting an assigned keyword to a SMS shortcode, for example "Text VOUCHER to 393". Different keyword and shortcode combinations can be used to measure the effectiveness of different advertising channels.
An "opt-in" function can be added to allow consumers to reply to the POCKETvoucher SMS to opt-in to receive further database communications, and for more targeted campaigns unique codes can be used instead of generic keywords to track activity back to an individual consumer.
POCKETapi
The POCKETvouchers platform is hosted in Microsoft Azure and has a range of WebServices available to integrate with 3rd party applications. This allows 3rd parties to set-up their own POCKETvouchers activity, request trackable voucher codes and receive back redemption information all in real-time to add a digital voucher component to their activity.
POCKETvouchers Web Services have been successfully integrated with websites, online banners, social media applications, Group Buy websites and Smartphone apps to add the capacity to “close the loop” through voucher redemption at the Point of Sale.
POCKETpush
POCKETpush is used for sending bulk POCKETvoucher messages to existing databases as either SMS messages or Smartphone notifications. POCKETvouchers can correlate their redemption results with your existing database data such as age, sex and location to deliver in depth reports on consumer behavior.
As an alternative to push SMS or mobile notifications the POCKETresponse platform can also be used to insert unique codes into database emails that consumers SMS in to receive their POCKETvoucher.
